Dae Hoon Lee
Owner & Master Instructor
Founder of Lee's Traditional Tae Kwon Do, Olympic coach and former U.S. Olympic team member
Welcome to Lee's Traditional Tae Kwon Do. Grandmaster Dae Hoon Lee founded our school in Sarasota in 1992. Born in Korea and a member of the U.S. Olympic team, he brings more than 50 years of experience in training and teaching Taekwondo, and he continues to share that expertise on the floor with our students every week. The focus of our school is character development, self-defense, and physical fitness rather than fighting. Our overarching goal is building each student's focus and confidence — through respect, encouragement, and celebrating one another's successes. We provide Taekwondo programs for all age groups and skill levels. Whether you are brand new to Taekwondo or looking to sharpen your technique, we can help you reach your goals.
Thank you for visiting us. We look forward to welcoming you into our Taekwondo family. Grandmaster Dae Hoon Lee Lee's Traditional Tae Kwon Do
